Things to DO:
- Do mix HR50 with Ready-For-Use UNO HD Color or HC10 Blending Clear at the ratio of 5 parts HR50 to 1 part UNO HD or HC10
- Do flash 5 to 10 minutes between coats
- Do apply 1 or 2 medium coats until blended edges are smooth and glossy.
Things NOT to DO:
- Do not use HR50 without adding 2% DH46
- Do not use any other hardener except DH42 or DH46 with HR50
REMARKS:
If it is not practical to clearcoat the entire panel and blending of the clear is necessary (e.g., roof pillar), remelt the clearcoat edge with UBR100 Blending Solvent or HR50 Blending Solvent (1 part clear/hardener/reducer + 5 parts UBR100 or HR50) using reduced air pressure to the spray gun. The blending of clear into a panel is not covered under the R-M warranty.
